121 Employment offers each client an individual program, developed with an Employment Consultant, to ensure the support 121 provide is appropriate, effective and empowering. Individuals are assisted to become more independent, both socially and financially. In turn individuals have increased confidence and self esteem and are given the chance to identify skills, interests and goals and work toward achieving them.
